My journey to be a Mandarin teacher started in the course of college when I volunteered in a Principal faculty in India, instructing over 80 college students the basic principles of Chinese. Afterwards, I worked whole-time as a private Mandarin tutor to get a significant-profile family members in Milan, Italy. 像是我之前在墨西哥教書，有一些學生根本不會英文，那麼老師英文好也沒什麼用（苦笑），這時後如果你會說西班牙文就大大的加分，很多學生或雇主會優先選擇會說當地語言的老師，因為「好溝通」，而且如果你能透過當地語言解釋目標語，這對許多不會英文的當地學生來說更是一大福音。（備註：目標語就是課堂中要學習的語言，這裡指的是中文）
